Logo formats
Please, send your logo to orders@avivadesign.com . We can work with GEF, JPG, TIF, PDF or EPS files.

Digitizing
The most important part of any embroidery job begins with the designer or (sometimes called a digitizer). Their job is to take your logo or design and convert it into a series of stitches that will be stitched on a garment. This is a one-time charge for those customers who want embroidered items that cannot be created from our stock fonts. Once your logo or design is digitized for embroidery, it can be used for future order without further digitizing charges. The one-time digitizing cost for a left chest design is $ 45.00, and the cost for a back design is $ 100.00.

Rush Service
Rush service is available for an additional charge of 20%. Our standard turnaround time is 5-10 business days after an artwork approval.

Forms of Payment
We require 50% deposit from all of our new customers. If you already have an account with us, we offer net 30 terms and accept credit card payments as well.

Shipping
Aviva Design offers fast and cost-effective delivery services. We currently use UPS Ground to ship most orders. In cases where product is extremely heavy, another common carrier may be used. If you have unique needs regarding arrival of products, please be sure to specify those and any other additional needs when you place your order.

Return Policy
Defective merchandise purchased at Aviva Design may be returned within 30 days after the date of purchase for a replacement.
In case we have made a mistake on processing your order /defective merchandise, embroidery or imprinting problems/, you will get full reimbursement. We will accept items as returns that are in their original unworn condition and that are sent accompanied the original invoice.
Blank /nondecorated/ items can be returned in their original unworn condition. A restocking fee of 20% will apply.
Be advised that, since shipping the merchandise back is your responsibility, you have to make sure we get the package back. As soon as we get your package with the documents back and after details have been communicated, you will get your store credit or credit card refund.
